This Thanksgiving, while many of us will be surrounded by loved ones, sharing a delicious meal and embracing family traditions, our community’s homeless will face the bitter reminder of the multitude of things they go without – not only during the holidays but all year long.

As a supporter of Shepherds of Good Hope you are there for our community’s hungry and homeless women and men.  Each year, you help serve over 350,000 meals and provide shelter to over 2,000 individuals. Thank you for being a ongoing source of hope to those in their time of need.

By making a gift to Shepherds of Good Hope this holiday season you are helping those who have nowhere else to go. You are providing our community’s homeless with the essential services they need most: a nutritious meal, a warm bed, clothing and access to medical and social supports.

We simply can’t do it without you –  your support will make a real, lasting impact in the lives of those in need.

This Thanksgiving, please take the time to think about those who are less fortunate and and make a tax-deductible gift to help those in need. Thanksgiving, after all, is a word of action.

P.S. Thanksgiving is also the time we celebrate the Hope Garden harvest. To stretch your donations even further, every year a group of dedicated volunteers plants, weeds and harvests over 7,000 pounds of fresh produce to use in our soup kitchen to help feed the hungry. Click here to see more photos of Hope Garden!
